Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent. Minimum 2 year working experience in property development / construction. Organized, responsible and has self-initiative. Good interpersonal, communication skills & able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- To assist the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager on all aspects of project development / construction.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver within committed deadlines.
- To liaise with authorities to ensure smooth implementation of project.
- To liaise with Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure construction works are carried out on time and to quality standards.
