Job description

Human Resources (HR) :

  • Manage the full cycle of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Handle payroll administration, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and ensure accurate and timely submission.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives, including tracking employee training request and submitting HRD Corp training grant application.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide guidance to management and employees.
  • Support employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee and coordinate Employment Pass and Working Permit application, renewal and termination for employees.
  • Liaise with statutory and regulatory bodies for any audits and correspondences.
  • Responsible for Employer Tax Filing submission.
  • Submit Stamp Duty application for employment contract.

Administration :

  • Oversee general office administration including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage company correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Responsible renewal for CIDB company registration, business licenses, tenancy agreement, Autopass renewal.
  • Handle travel arrangements, company events, and logistics when required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements related to administration and HR.
  • Support management in drafting letters, reports, and other official documentation.
  • Manage hostel arrangement, tenancy agreement, utilities and its related activities and documents.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree / diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience (preferably with exposure to admin duties).
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR practices, and statutory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as the sole HR contributor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
