A successful Talent Management Manager (Individual Contributor) should have :
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of talent management and human resources practices especially in talent review, succession planning and retention strategies
- Proven ability to create and implement effective talent strategies.
- Experience in the financial institution, insurance or MNC organisation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
