Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in human resource management and related majors
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR or relevant fields
- Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia, and able to communicate simply in Mandarin.
- Be familiar with worker recruitment,Have resources of foreign labor companies.
- Familiar with the labor law of Malaysia
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
Be responsible for basic worker recruitment and coordinating with foreign labor companies.Be responsible for tasks such as employees' on - boarding and off - boarding, attendance management, and leave management.Assist the HR manager in streamlining HR processes and improving HR forms.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesOther assistant work in the human resources departmentBenefits
