Job description

Requirements

  • Able to communicate well in Mandarin ( Read / Speak & Type )
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above
  • Required skills :  Customer Service, Administrative Skills, Fluency in Mandarin, Communication Skills, Computer Skills
  • With or without experience
  • Patient and well-manner
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process : job posting, interviews, onboarding
  • Handle staff leave, claims, and attendance
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR policies
  • Organize staff training, performance reviews, and employee welfare programs

Responsibilities

  • Familiar with Malaysian tax regulations, labor laws, and HR practices
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and good communication skills
