Sales Development Representative - IT Software
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to support enterprise software sales. You will engage C-level and senior decision-makers, identify opportunities, and help drive digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Conduct consultative discovery to understand business needs and pain points.
Engage C-level / D-level stakeholders and position related solutions effectively.
Schedule high-quality meetings for the Sales / Account Executive team.
Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM.
Requirements
1–3 years in B2B sales or business development (tech / software preferred).
Confident communicating with senior executives.
Strong consultative selling and research skills.
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
