We are hiring an Channel Sales Manager in Malaysia, focused on our ICT & Data Center sector. This hunter role is focused on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-performing M&E contractors with proven track records in winning major projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry relationships and a strategic mindset to drive channel growth and project wins.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit top-tier M&E contractors with successful project histories
• Develop and execute channel strategies to penetrate new verticals and regions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to support channel partners in project bidding and execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to inform strategy
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure partners are equipped with the latest product knowledge, tools, and support
