• Design innovative furniture pieces aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
• Identify and evaluate new materials to enhance furniture quality and sustainability.
• Translate design concepts into physical prototypes for testing and refinement.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Develop testing protocols to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Stay updated on furniture design trends and analyze competitor products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business goals.
• Able to do programming for CNC machine.
