Location : Bandar Johor Bahru | Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day logistics operations and ensure all shipments are processed efficiently and accurately.

Liaise with clients, agents, and vendors to confirm shipment details and documentation requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, compliance, and timely delivery.

Prepare and maintain shipment records and SOPs for key clients.

Identify issues proactively and implement practical solutions to minimize delays or errors.

Support new team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in logistics operations (sea, air, or land freight).

Strong coordination and communication skills with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).

Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

A proactive team player who enjoys solving problems and getting things done.
