The Area Campaign Manager is responsible for creating and deploying awareness campaigns which promote church-sponsored products and initiatives throughout Asia. This role also supports the local implementation of select global communication plans and campaigns developed at church headquarters.
Campaign Creation :
- Supports the awareness of church products throughout Asia.
- Collaborates with fellow team members within Communication & Publishing Department (CPD) to understand core audiences, define communication objectives, and develop product awareness plans under the direction of the Area Experience and Product Manager.
- Creates special campaigns and initiatives aligned with the priorities of area leadership, including Christmas, Easter, and General Conference awareness, etc.
- Develops comprehensive communication strategies across multiple channels such as digital, social media, email, print, as well as via relationships with leaders and councils.
Campaign Deployment :
Collaborates with the CPD production team to develop high quality communication assets such as images, videos, social media posts, print brochures, posters, and pass-along cards.Coordinates with the Area Deployment Manager to distribute and measure digital campaigns using the appropriate social media platform in each country / language.Assesses the overall success of a campaign and helps to create reports for use by area leadership, CPD, and Correlation.Maintains relationships with local leaders and councils in countries and regions across Asia area in order to help ensure local implementation and follow up.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.8 years of experience, with proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.Excellent mastery of written and spoken English, including presentation, communication and influencing skills.Ability to confidently deliver written English, including draft social media posts and marketing collateral, if needed.General knowledge of media, audiovisual production and graphic design; familiar with good design principles, confidence in ensuring that all deliverables maintain a high level of quality.Strong analytical skills, understanding of digital marketing metrics.Ability to independently manage projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Keen interest in the distinct cultures, languages, and customs of Asia.Understanding of church doctrine and cultural practices.
