Marketing Manager (Events)

Overview Role Summary :

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager (Events) to drive B2B event strategy and execution for our tech client, creating impactful experiences that amplify brand presence and accelerate business growth.

Role Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define event objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs, ensuring performance is tracked effectively. Develop, manage, and monitor event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to approved resources. Serve as the primary liaison for event agencies, vendors, and partners; provide clear briefs and oversee quality execution. Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Research, Sponsorship, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all event elements. Act as the Project Management Office (PMO) for events, managing timelines, deliverables, communications, and mitigating risks for successful execution. Compile post-event reports analysing performance against KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

BA / BS degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years of event marketing or management experience, preferably within B2B environments.

Proven track record managing and executing successful events from inception to completion, on time and within budget.

Outstanding organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, managing multiple events simultaneously.

Strong relationship-builder, adept at collaborating with agencies, cross-functional teams, and vendors.

Experience managing international events is a plus.

Outcome-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results aligned with business objectives.

Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.

Contract Type : 6 months
