Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Business Development Manager - Utilities Solar, located in Petaling Jaya. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the utilities solar sector. Key tasks include establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales processes, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure project success. The candidate will also monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and participate in industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, project management, and client relationship management within the renewable energy sector
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and utilities market
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience in EPCC or O&M services for renewable energy projects is a plus
