About the role

We're seeking a motivated and organised Intern to join our administrative team at Yee Seet Fear in Ipoh, Perak. This opportunity is the perfect chance for any aspiring business professionals to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management etc.
• Assisting with the coordination of meetings and tasks, managing deadlines, and monitoring workflows.
• Handling basic bookkeeping and financial tasks, such as invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Ensuring a smooth internal communications, including follow-ups and setting reminders, drafting memo and notices.
• Supporting the organisation and implementation of various office procedures and policies.
• Undertaking ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
