The preschool class teacher is responsible for the day-to-day management of a classroom and the academic, social and emotional development of students. The role involves creating a positive learning environment, delivering lessons, and providing guidance to ensure students meet their learning goals.

Planning and Delivering Lessons : - Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Fungates curriculum. - Adjust teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. - Incorporate technology and multimedia to enhance learning experiences.

Classroom Management : - Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and respectful classroom environment. - Set clear expectations for behavior and enforce rules consistently. - Manage time effectively to maximize learning opportunities.

Assessment and Evaluation : - Monitor students’ progress through class participation. - Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance.

Student Development : - Foster emotional and social development by encouraging collaboration and positive relationships. - Provide individual support to students facing academic or personal challenges. - Act as a mentor and role model, instilling values of responsibility and respect.

Communication and Collaboration : - Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, updating them on student progress. - Collaborate with colleagues and the school leadership team on curriculum development and school initiatives. - Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions and parent-teacher conferences. Requirements : - Malaysian citizenship / PR requirement (if applicable) - Candidates MUST have 1 to 2 years experiences in teaching as Preschool teacher. - Candidate MUST have a Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent in teaching.
