Application Support Engineer (2nd level Support)

What You'll Learn & Do :
- Handle issues logged in the ticketing system and provided 2nd level support.
- Assist Helpdesk (1st level support) and field engineers with technical inquiries.
- Troubleshoot applications, hardware, and networks.
- Analyze system / application issues through simulation and testing.
- Apply ITIL lifecycle practices in daily operations.
- Work with MySQL databases (including temporary workarounds / patching).
- Collaborate with the developer team for permanent solutions.
