Real exposure to ITIL framework and industry-standard tools. Hands-on learning with application, database, and network troubleshooting. Opportunity to work alongside experienced IT professionals. Application Support Engineer (2nd level Support)
Duration : 3 - 6 Months
Are you ready to kickstart your IT career? Join us as an Application Support Engineer Intern and gain hands-on experience solving real-world IT challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Learn & Do :
- Handle issues logged in the ticketing system and provided 2nd level support.
- Assist Helpdesk (1st level support) and field engineers with technical inquiries.
- Troubleshoot applications, hardware, and networks.
- Analyze system / application issues through simulation and testing.
- Apply ITIL lifecycle practices in daily operations.
- Work with MySQL databases (including temporary workarounds / patching).
- Collaborate with the developer team for permanent solutions.
