Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information on banking products and services.
  • Assist with account transactions, service requests, and issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex cases and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma; Degree in related field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in banking or customer service preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin / Malay is a plus).
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, or public holidays.
