Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information on banking products and services.
- Assist with account transactions, service requests, and issue resolution.
- Escalate complex cases and ensure timely follow-up.
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM / Diploma; Degree in related field is an advantage.Prior experience in banking or customer service preferred.Good communication skills in English (Mandarin / Malay is a plus).Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, or public holidays.What We Offer :
