Responsibilities
- Plan & Execute Livestream Programs — Develop a structured and engaging livestream calendar in alignment with business needs. Lead end-to-end execution from content planning, scripting and on-ground team coordination—for consistent, high-quality shows.
- Enable Sales Integration — Set up and manage product tagging and purchase flows across social livestream platforms, ensuring seamless viewer-to-checkout experiences.
- Post-Livestream Fulfilment — Collaborate with internal operations to manage booking confirmations, shipping processes, and guest communication—ensuring timely and smooth fulfilment.
- Drive Monetisation & Cross-Selling — Identify revenue opportunities through brand partnerships, sponsorships and affiliate deals via livestreaming channels.
- Track & Optimise Performance — Monitor key livestream metrics such as engagement, watch time, conversion rates, and sales. Use data insights to continuously improve show formats, scheduling, and sales effectiveness.
- Ensure Regulatory & Brand Compliance — Ensure all livestream content adheres to PDPA guidelines, advertising standards, and individual platform policies. Uphold brand tone and quality across all outputs.
Qualifications
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, social commerce, livestreaming, or digital marketing. Familiarity with social selling tools and platform integrations is a strong advantage.Multilingual candidates are preferred.
