Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and smooth running of Sales department
• To draw up the marketing plan for business development, to further extend market penetration, identify and develop new business opportunities both local and overseas designated territories. (※The ratio of Sales to Marketing work is 90 : 10)
• To promote the sales of those products manufactured by the Company
• To be responsible for creation and control of all marketing material such as Company website and catalogue.
• To maintain a detailed computerized customer database.
• To direct efforts towards meeting prescribed sales targets.
• To make regular customer visits domestically and internationally depending on demands
• To prepare and submit monthly sales report and schedules to Managing Director and to HQ in Japan.
• To submit Sales Tax to government department.
• Responsible for collection of payment from customers.
• Training in Production may be required to understand technical matters of Products
• Carries out any other duties or undergo training in any other field of the Company's business as may be required
