About the Role

To source high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization and assist organization in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones. Actively analyze and review project costing, sourcing goods, materials, and service at competitive prices and quality.

Responsibilities

• Involve in the end-to-end sourcing and suppliers contract management process.
• Handle substantial cost savings projects and cost reduction for the organization.
• Solicit, analyze, and compare bids through Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) from existing suppliers and new potential suppliers.
• Strategize and negotiate actively with suppliers for the advantageous terms.
• Ensure contracts are fully addressed and appropriate, in terms of the requirements and commercial terms.
• Evaluate sourcing levers for all projects - supply market leverage, supply base restructuring, valuable relationships, design / specification optimization, total cost management, process efficiency & compliance.
• Perform supplier evaluation & selection process to ensure secured quality supplies and cost-efficient for the organization.
• Enter procurement data which related to procurement process in organization’s ERP system.
