Overview

Join our international Talent Acquisition team and take the lead in hiring top talent for IT roles. In this position, you will manage the full recruitment process – from sourcing and engaging candidates to guiding them through interviews and supporting offer stages. You’ll connect with professionals in software development and IT infrastructure, conduct market research, run direct searches, and build strong candidate relationships. Your daily work will include pre-screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate data in our systems, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is your opportunity to grow your expertise, bring fresh ideas, and have a real impact on how we shape recruitment practices across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to offer stages.
  • Source and engage candidates through market research, direct searches, and networking.
  • Pre-screen candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate data in HR systems.
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through interviews and offer processes to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals in software development and IT infrastructure to understand roles and requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Proficiency with sourcing methods (job ads, networking, headhunting) and candidate assessment.
  • Related degree is welcome; strong knowledge of the IT landscape is essential.
  • Fluent in English; excellent communication skills; able to work independently and in a collaborative team.
  • Interest in building relationships and contributing to international recruitment.
