About the Role The Procurement Intern will support various procurement and supply chain functions, including sourcing, vendor communication, purchase order processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure into key areas of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and distribution. Key Responsibilities -Assist in sourcing suppliers / vendors and obtaining quotations for products and services. -Support the evaluation and comparison of price quotes from suppliers / vendors. -Assist in evaluating performance and help maintain accurate vendor databases. -Participate in supplier communications and relationship management. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. -Assist in managing inventory levels and reorder processes. -Support daily procurement activities and ensure procurement records are well-organized and up to date. -Assist in implementing sustainability initiatives and practices within the supply chain process. About You -Currently pursuing Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management / Business Administration, or a related field. -Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point) -Familiarity with supply chain software would be an added advantage.
