Job Responsibilities
As a Pro Shop Manager, you will be responsible to lead retail operations : -
oversee sales performance, inventory management, enhance excellent customer service, ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to optimize store performance and drive growth.

- Lead, motivate and develop the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales target
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Enhance customer experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with
inquiries and handling complaints
