In this role, you’ll partner with clients to provide tailored, scientifically backed solutions for health products. Collaborate closely with R&D and production teams to ensure our clients’ visions become high-quality, impactful products.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Sales Strategy & Market Research : Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets, while researching market trends and opportunities.
- Product Knowledge & Presentations : Stay updated on product offerings, and present or demonstrate them to clients as needed.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting : Prepare sales forecasts and reports, offering insights to improve strategies.
- Negotiation & Closing Sales : Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in any field (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply with the right attitude).Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.Positive, proactive, creative, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.Able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong initiative and willingness to learn.Must have own transport and be willing to travel outstation.Comprehensive technical training will be provided.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
