Job Description :
As a sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and exemplary client service. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Responsibilities :
- Proactively generate leads and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate clients, wedding coordinators, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct site tours and effectively communicate the unique features and offerings of our banquet hall.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events and exceed client expectations.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client information, and generate reports for management review.
