Our client provides full distribution service for Hong Kong & Macau, including but not limited to overseas trading, wholesale, brand new channel expansion, corporate purchase, staff offers, and e-commerce platform. They have strong sourcing power and different kinds of sales channels to become the connection between brands and end user.

Job & Responsibilities :

• Project Daily Operation – support smooth execution of day-to-day project activities. This includes tracking orders, replying to customers inquiries, handling invoices, coordinating with warehouse / logistic team, monitoring e-commerce activities, etc.
• Manager Secretary – provide administrative and secretarial support to the manager, and perform tasks assigned by the manager
• Assist with Project Management – support the coordination of each project and monitor the project progress. This includes coordinate with cross-functional team to ensure project alignment, managing warehouse remaining stock, procurement, etc.
• Assist with documents preparation as needed.
• Conduct research & information collection as needed.
