Key Account Executive

We are seeking a driven and proactive Key Account Executive to promote and grow our range of dietary supplement products within the Penang region. This role is crucial in strengthening our brand presence in both Pharmacies and Healthcare channels , ensuring consistent sales growth, and building long‑term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and approach potential clients in the health supplement industry, such as retail pharmacies or healthcare providers.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting health supplement products.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, providing them with product information and support.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Educate and train clients on product usage, benefits, and market potential to drive sales.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and marketing materials tailored to the health supplement industry.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and other promotional activities to represent the company and its product lines.
