Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all assignments are completed within given deadlines.
  • Check and respond to emails from vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams.
  • Update the Inbound Master File with delivery and vendor details.
  • Maintain the Discrepancy Report for quantity mismatches, damages, or missing items.
  • Update the Receiving Detail Report for accurate goods tracking.
  • Monitor and update ILPN Put-away Summary Report.
  • Verify and close ASNs in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Review shipping priorities and release orders accordingly.
  • Assign tasks to Outbound Assistants (OAs) and brief Team Leaders daily.
  • Monitor picking and packing; reassign resources to meet deadlines.
  • Update the Outbound Order Detail Report.
  • Prepare and verify outbound documents (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Notes).
  • Track orders from release to dispatch in WMS.
  • Update Item Master Data with product codes and unit info.
  • Respond to Alert API notifications and system sync issues.
  • Monitor WMS platforms for inventory accuracy and system integrity.
  • Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and Purchase Order Posting Reports (POPRs).
  • Maintain internal tracking files for stock movement and levels.
  • Ensure strict adherence to process flows and SOPs.
  • Maintain standard warehouse operational requirements.
  • Meet or exceed set KPIs related to performance and accuracy.
  • Follow up on outstanding issues until resolved.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Support quality initiatives and ISO9001 : 2000 audits.
  • Ensure all audit findings are addressed and closed.
  • Meet all customer KPI targets.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse operations environment
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems
  • Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including generating reports
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 : 2000 standards (preferred).
  • Job Type : Contract

    Contract length : 12 months

    Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

    Work Location : In person
