Role Description

Responsible for all group procurement activities.
Assisting management in Preparation of Procurement / Sourcing Plan
To negotiate with suppliers on the pricing, payment terms and the lead time
Review the supplier's qualification and ensure background, quality and experience meet business need for item sourced
Maintain purchasing records for each purchased item and service based on projects
Purchase of technical equipment, component, materials and supplies
To comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirement and standard in supplier selection, supplier audit, maintenance of raw material floor, documentation, and compliance of SOP

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

Preferable candidate with Oil & Gas industry experienced.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Excellent Communication skills

Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
