Role Description

• Responsible for all group procurement activities.
• Assisting management in Preparation of Procurement / Sourcing Plan
• To negotiate with suppliers on the pricing, payment terms and the lead time
• Review the supplier's qualification and ensure background, quality and experience meet business need for item sourced
• Maintain purchasing records for each purchased item and service based on projects
• Purchase of technical equipment, component, materials and supplies
• To comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirement and standard in supplier selection, supplier audit, maintenance of raw material floor, documentation, and compliance of SOP
