CASHIER / SERVICE CREW

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Cashier / Service Crew to join our team at our Kuala Lumpur International Airport location. This full-time position will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling all cash and payment transactions. Responsibilities

Provide friendly and attentive customer service to all guests Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions at the point of sale Maintain a clean and organised workstation Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Communicate effectively with the wider team to ensure a smooth operation Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications

Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills Proficiency in handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with the hospitality industry and bar / beverage operations Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and priorities A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Staff will be required to work 10 hours What we offer
