a) Customer Service : Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, provide ordering suggestions, handle complaints / issues, and ensure a positive experience.
b) Drink Preparation : Accurately and efficiently make teas and other beverages according to standardized recipes to ensure consistent quality.
c) Cash Handling & Sales : Operate the cash register, process payments (cash / electronic), maintain accurate daily sales records, and manage cash drawers.
d) Cleaning & Maintenance : Keep work areas, equipment (counters, machines), and dining areas clean; perform closing cleaning duties to meet hygiene standards.
e) Inventory Management : Monitor ingredient stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure adequate supplies are available to prevent shortages.
f) Sales & Promotion : Actively promote new products, seasonal specials, promotions, and recommended items / combos to customers.
g) Teamwork : Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.
h) Safety & Compliance : Strictly adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and store policies and procedures to ensure customer safety.
