Job Requirement

A recognised Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering / its equivalent.
Minimum 3 - 4 years working experience in managing heavy construction plant, machineries and equipment.
Work location : Bukit Beruntung Workshop, Rawang, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities

Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.

Provide and demonstrate the leadership and commitment for the overall implementation of the QESH Management System in the department.

Take accountability for the effectiveness of the QESH Management System in the department.

Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.

Prepare Safety and Health Plan for project site.

Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment

Take responsibility and accountability for prevention of work-related injury and ill health in own specific area of work / responsibilities.

Supervise, coordinate, monitor and control direct labor and subcontractors' works and ensure completion of respective facilities in his discipline within planned schedule and quality standard.

Maintain vigilance on site activities so, as to avoid misuse and damage of site materials by workers, especially subcontractor's workers.

Record number of workers for his subcontractors on site each day and site activities in the daily report.

Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
