We’re hiring an Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to support our growing operations. This role involves managing full sets of accounts, handling daily accounting activities, and ensuring timely reporting and compliance. You’ll also play a part in continuous improvement initiatives alongside a dedicated and professional team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for multiple related companies within the group.
• Maintain and handle daily account transactions.
• Responsible for daily accounting operations and to ensure compliance with the Company policies and statutory requirements / guidelines.
• Responsible for the timely closing of the monthly account.
• Maintain efficient filing systems for audit and statutory requirements.
• Responsible for credit control, payments and sales reconciliation as well as assisting in any other accounting related works.
• Record, reconcile, and monitor intercompany transactions and balances.
• Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and functions as and when assigned by the superior.
