Requirements

Inbound Customer Service (Basic up to Rm4000 + Allowance - KL)
Good communication in English
Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage
Diploma + 2 years of working experience
Degree Fresh are welcome to apply
Able to work Rotational Shift - 24 / 7 shift (5 or 5.5 days work)
Support Voice (Inbound Call)
Willing to be based in KL

Responsibilities

Ensure highest standards of service delivery on personalized phone services to our customers

Serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; and maintaining database

Educate the customer about the products and services and directs them towards available resources for self-help

Manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions and is responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department

Act on any required customer follow-up in accordance with Contact Centre internal guidelines and updates customer data into relevant systems accurately

Maintain confidentiality of the customers and data at all times
