Requirements
- Inbound Customer Service (Basic up to Rm4000 + Allowance - KL)
- Good communication in English
- Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Diploma + 2 years of working experience
- Degree Fresh are welcome to apply
- Able to work Rotational Shift - 24 / 7 shift (5 or 5.5 days work)
- Support Voice (Inbound Call)
- Willing to be based in KL
Responsibilities
Ensure highest standards of service delivery on personalized phone services to our customersServe customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; and maintaining databaseEducate the customer about the products and services and directs them towards available resources for self-helpManage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions and is responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate departmentAct on any required customer follow-up in accordance with Contact Centre internal guidelines and updates customer data into relevant systems accuratelyMaintain confidentiality of the customers and data at all timesBenefits
