As a Commercial Project Manager , you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery for our design & build projects, focusing on budget control, commercial negotiations, contract management, and ISO compliance leadership . You will work closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of interior design & build projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and manage budgets, BOQs, tender evaluations, and contract documents .
• Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to secure the best commercial terms.
• Monitor and control costs, variations, claims, and payment certifications .
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage client relationships and provide transparent updates on financial performance.
• Lead and implement ISO practices across project delivery, ensuring compliance with quality and process standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and statutory regulations (e.g., CIDB).
