Responsibilities

• Responsible for functional support in GTS E4H and integration with other non-SAP applications.
• Provide end user support and training and assist users to efficiently utilize GTS E4H functionalities including Fiori apps
• Resolve issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with business owner and system architect to gather business requirements, design solutions and implement them by coordinating with the technical team.
• Conduct and facilitate cross-functional and integration testing to ensure a successful implementation.
• Monitor operational processes and provide system improvements and ongoing operational support.
• Compile and update documentation on system solutions, operational procedures, etc.
