Linux Administrator Specialist l KL

Job Purpose :

In the Cluster Delivery Organization, Business Specialists, Business Experts, Engineer Specialists, Engineers, Administrators and Product Owners work together in a team. Agile methods help employees perform their functions by enabling a fast and flexible response to changing conditions and customer needs through an iterative approach and continuous development of new solutions.

Key Activities :

• Assist in troubleshooting, problem investigation, monitoring, and performance analysis and optimization under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation, as well as contribute to security management planning with supervision.
• Provide continuous optimization suggestions for engineering efficient and process-technical concepts while gaining deeper technical knowledge.
• Support customer consulting and provide assistance with regard to the services for which the Specialist is responsible, ensuring satisfactory service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external requirements, particularly with regard to regulatory, reporting, compliance, and audit processes for the issues under responsibility, following best practices with guidance.
• Contribute to the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the infrastructure, and assist in data maintenance, reporting, and authorization management of systems.
• Align with and adhere to security standards to assist in ensuring stable operation for products, services, processes, and systems.
• Be available for on-call and out-of-hours support when required, either independently or as a support function for escalations from junior team members.
• Engage in effective teamwork and maintain proactive communication with internal customers to ensure smooth collaboration.
