About the Role

We are looking for a Senior 3D Motion Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team in Malaysia. This role is suited for a creative professional with a passion for storytelling and visual design. You will be responsible for producing high-quality motion graphics and video content that align with our brand across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Business Development team to create visually compelling content that enhances brand presence across regions

Design and animate storyboards, illustrations, and 3D / 2D motion graphics for digital platforms

Edit and optimize videos for web, mobile, and social media

Integrate audio elements such as voice-overs, sound effects, and background music

Ensure brand consistency in all creative outputs

Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality and timely delivery

Support other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, Media Communications, or related field

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role

Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video projects (mandatory)

Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator

Audio editing experience with Adobe Audition or Audacity

Strong visual storytelling, design sense, and attention to detail

Familiar with digital and social media content formats

Excellent communication and time management skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
