Maintenance Instructor

About This Role

Employee Type : Contingent (2 years contract)

• Develop and revise training document (Maintenance Training Programme, Training Notes & Instructor Presentation) as assigned.
• The delivery of training appropriately in accordance with the authorization held and the policy of this Exposition.
• Prepare audio / visual aids necessary in support of the courses planned.
• Conduct ‘CAAM Non-Approved Training’ as per the Master Roster QF 07-M-004. Always maintain high standard of instructional technique.
• Maintain a high level of discipline and punctuality amongst students and ensure the regulations of Engineering Training are always properly conveyed and adhered.
• Ensure that all training aids are correctly utilized and maintained.
• Ensure that classroom is tidied at the end of each instructing day.
• Prepare course completion report.
• As a mentor to guide and coach weak students in their academic performance and compilation of students’ progress reports.
• Research and review training methods to enhance the level of training.
