We named our Beauty Advisor as Make Up Expert. Your key accountabilities will be to recommend and assist customers in selecting the ideal product suitable for their individual preferences and needs. You will also be expected to build and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer requests and enquiries on cosmetic products
- Recommend the ideal beauty product to customers according to their individual preferences through knowledge sharing
- Maintain good relationships with customers to build customer loyalty; basic housekeeping of work area
- Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take
- May be involved in new beauty product launches and related events
Knowledge & Skills
Possess good communication & interpersonal skills and be a team playerPleasant disposition & well-groomedEffective communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customersKey Results / Measures
Customer relationship management – maintain and create new customer profilesEnsure inventory management for the individual counterEnsure excellent customer service is given to customers (e.g. product knowledge)Education & Experience
Minimum secondary educational levelExperience in beauty, skin care or cosmetic products will be an advantageExcellent customer service and sales orientedWilling to commit to retail operating hoursSeniority level
