Editorial & Visual Communications Specialist
We are seeking a design-savvy editorial professional who can transform investment content into visually compelling, brand-aligned, and client-friendly formats. The successful candidate will support the advisory team by proofreading, editing, formatting, and enhancing written materials, ensuring clarity, visual consistency, and professional presentation in both digital and physical formats. The role also involves localizing and formatting publications, designing templates, enhancing PowerPoint materials, and disseminating branded communications via various channels. It's a hybrid editorial-visual role for someone who enjoys polishing both words and visuals. This role reports to the Investment Research & Advisory team from the Investment & Wealth Product Division.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Perform editorial checks for consistency, grammar, tone, and visual-text alignment across all investment pieces (print & digital).Refine layouts and visuals for written and video content scripts, ensuring clarity and engagement.Collaborate with content writers to enhance draft materials for final distribution.Provide visual development support for various investment materials, including brochures, reports, IC / RM pitch decks, and market commentaries.Template & Branding Ownership
Build new visual templates for recurring external publications & internal communications based on bank branding guidelines.Create and maintain PowerPoint templates and visual guidelines for internal investment meetings, client presentations, and campaigns.Distribution & Engagement Tracking Support
Assist in preparing content for dissemination and templating for various distribution channels.Coordinate with digital and marketing teams to optimize delivery visuals and client engagement tracking.Jobholder Requirements :
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.Experience :
3 years and above experience in editorial design, publishing layout, communications, marketing, or related fields.Familiarity with financial content is a plus, but not mandatory.Prior experience in creating or managing templates, publication workflows, or multichannel content is advantageous.Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and design software (Canva, Adobe InDesign, Figma); strong command of visual layout, editorial formatting, and client-facing design with a critical eye for detail.Skilled at collaborating across teams and managing multiple priorities.
