Finance Manager

(Based in Cheras) – Ambition Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia We are recruiting for a well-known and rapidly growing multinational consumer manufacturing company in Malaysia. The Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of finance, act as a business partner, and lead the finance team. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to the Financial Controller, based in North Port, Port Klang. Key Responsibilities

Manage and be responsible for the full spectrum of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes. Provide guidance and training to the finance team as required. Closely analyse financial performance with detailed commentary to management. Prepare forecasts and budgets with close monitoring and manage cash flow. Closely monitor product and manufacturing costing. Ensure SOPs and internal controls are in compliance with group processes and compliance; provide suggestions for improvement when required. Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax agents for statutory submission matters. Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required. Skills & Experience Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent). Minimum 10 years of relevant financial reporting experience with manufacturing industry exposure. Strong interpersonal, people management and analytical skills.
