Looking for a Finance Manager with 2- 3 years in audit and full-spectrum accounting, skilled in AutoCount and SQL systems. Proven ability to lead teams, ensure compliance, manage reporting deadlines, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including daily data entry and updates.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial and management reports in a timely manner.
- Oversee monthly closing processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Use AutoCount and SQL systems for accounting operations, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage and supervise the finance team by :
- Assigning tasks and defining job responsibilities (JD).
- Planning and monitoring work schedules.
- Ensuring all staff meet reporting deadlines.
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the annual audit process.
- Maintain proper documentation and internal controls for all accounting functions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.
- Handle any ad hoc financial or administrative duties as required.
Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years of audit experience.Proficient in AutoCount and SQL accounting systems.Strong leadership and team management skills.Able to define and manage staff job scopes and scheduling effectively.Excellent time management skills to meet monthly reporting deadlines.High attention to detail with the ability to manage data entry and financial accuracy on a daily basis.Good communication and problem-solving skills.
