Job description

Reports to General Manager / Building Manager. -Performance maintenance and repair work such as basic furniture repairs, changing eletrical appliances, minor renovation, touch ups on walls, ceilings, doors. -Troubleshoot, repair and service air conditioning units independently. -Carry out daily inspection and ensure every unit are in good condition. -Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor. -Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required. -Monitor tools and equipment condition; perform routine upkeep or replacements when necessary. Have experience within the environment of commercial building with good knowledge of overall eletrical system. -knowledge of eletrical wiring and plumbing is advantageous. -Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams. -Must be physically fit and able to work independently or in a team. -Able to work 6 days a week (1 rest day). -3 positions urgent needed.
