Preschool Teacher

Job Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience working with young children (aged 1 - 6 years old) and creating a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities :

Implement lesson plans that meet the educational, physical, and social needs of each child

Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students

Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in interactive learning

Monitor and assess student progress to provide ongoing feedback to parents

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and enriching school culture

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development

Skills :

at least 1 year experience working with preschool-aged children

Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices

Strong classroom management skills

Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive teaching methodologies

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students

Understanding of child welfare and development

Experience in private school or special education settings is a plus
