Senior Executive, Operations Support

We’re looking for a proactive Operation Support to join our vibrant Team, working together to support the C-Suite in driving impactful transformation and business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate as a Team : Work alongside the team, supporting the management’s strategic goals and priorities together.
• Strategic Project Support : Assist in operations, ensuring tasks and milestones are tracked and executed.
• Be a Communication Pro : Craft clear, professional emails, reports, and presentations, ensuring the management’s message is communicated effectively.
• Event Coordination : Organize meetings, offsites, and town halls with a focus on detail and experience.
• Data & Document Management : Maintain organized digital records and ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a liaison between the management, internal teams, and external partners with professionalism and clarity.

Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Business related field (or equivalent experience).

Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with exposure in manufacturing or a related fields preferred.

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and comfortable with collaboration tools like Microsoft Planner.

Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt, proactive with a sense of urgency, discipline and dependable.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Clear, concise, and confident in both written and verbal communication.

Open to working in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
