Job descriptionDiploma or equivalent with minimum three years relevant working experience Ability to highlight challenges and solve the practical problem Ability to carry out responsibilities under general supervision Ability to organize workload for effective implementation and complete task within timeline Ability to be responsive under pressure Good time management skill and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to function as an effective team player Ability to interact effectively with all internal and external parties Proficient utilizing common Microsoft Office Suites programs in daily work (Words, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)

Overview
- Planning, Execution and follow-Up events and vacation progression
- Develop event calendar and ensure the continual progression and development of event
- Supporting translation checking with the team
- Conceptualisation of gift ideas, compile into presentation materials, overseeing start to end process of sourcing and delivering
- Participation on site when needed for support on other projects
- Raise Vendor Creation, POs and purchase requisitions
- Research and recce event venues, vacation destination and compilation into presentation materials
- Schedule meetings and taking meeting minutes for internal and external parties
- Liaise with vendors for all projects for event and vacation requirements
- Assist with budget and budget tracking report
- Assists in execution of event management strategy that is aligned with the company’s business strategy
- Assist with event post analysis (Data, budget, Celebrate & Fix etc)
