Be the Voice of Excellence – Join Startek Malaysia as a Mandarin‑Speaking Customer Service Representative!

Location : Ara Damansara (walking distance from Ara Damansara LRT Station)

Position : Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker)

Employment Type : 2 years contract (renewable basis)

Work Schedule

  • 5 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays
  • 9.5 working hours per day (with 1.5 hours of scheduled breaks)
  • Rotational shifts ensure variety and work‑life balance
  • 每周工作 5 天,包括周末及公共假期
  • 每天工作 9.5 小时(含 1.5 小时休息时间)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls in Mandarin and English
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
